Since 2014 Ondine de la Feld has joined her uncle Stefano Aymerich in the management of the company, bringing a modern, dynamic and entrepreneurial style to the company, with the support of a young and motivated team, excited about facing the challenges of the future. A wave of new energy in the sign of continuity.
In 2014, the conversion of all the vineyards to organic farming began: the fertilisation is organic and green manure is practised.
In 2015, Ondine, with the help of the Tavignano Team, launched the “natural” line of the company’s wines, calling it “I Love Monsters”.
In 2017, the Misco 2015 vintage, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore, most representative wine of Tavignano, was nominated as the best Italian white wine by the Gambero Rosso Guide 2017. Tavignano continues to strongly believe in the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, and this result was a source of pride for the company, but also a positive sign for all the DOC dei Castelli di Jesi wines.
Since 2018 the company is certified organic.
