Located in the heart of the Verdicchio Classico production area, the Guest House offers warm and kind hospitality. At short distance from the sea of Mount Conero, from the wonderful cities of art and the medieval villages that Marche Region protects with a lot of pride and a little jealousy. Here you will discover a location rich in history and with a familiar and warm atmosphere.

With a skilful and respectful restoration we obtain a series of comfortable rooms in an independent building from the ancient villa. Here you will spend unforgettable and quiet moments in the middle of our vineyards, in front of one of the most spectacular views of the region, looking at the sunset while drinking an excellent glass of wine. The guest house consists of an entrance hall, four bedrooms, a dining and living area and a complete kitchen to use independently. The four double and/or twin rooms are located one on the ground floor and three on the upper floors, all with independent services. The guest house can accommodate in total up to 8 + 2 guests. Perfect for a family vacation or groups of friends.
