Thanks to this management, in 2018 we received organic certification.
Today, more than ever, we respect the natural cycle of the plant, helping it to be self-sufficient and self-sustaining thanks to techniques such as organic fertilisation and green manure. We continuously monitor the health status of our vines and only carry out defensive interventions when they are really unavoidable.

With the support of a young and dynamic team, we are making the Estate increasingly energy self-sufficient and minimising the environmental impact of our products and packaging. One example of this transformation process is the Bag in Box made from recycled cardboard, which are practical and convenient to transport and store in the refrigerator.
Another example is the refill. To reduce bottle waste, anyone can refill their own demijohn directly at our estate. After all, the best way to reduce environmental impact is to reduce waste.
