Description
Light yellow color, clear and lively. The fermentation in the bottle helps to create an aromatic complexity that varies from herbaceous notes, a minerality hint, citrus and soft floral scents. In the mouth it’s dry and the delicate bubbles enhalt the acidity making it alive. Very wide range of combinations, it’s suitable both as an aperitif and in combination with exotic as well as traditional cuisines.
