Description
Our organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from the 250 olive trees planted about 30 years ago next to the 30 plants which had already been in Tavignano for over 50 years, around the company head-quarters. The olives cultivation is managed with organic farming methods and the harvest is done by hand using shakers, while the cold grinding takes place within 12 hours from collection.
