Description
Pale pink color with tangerine peel reflections. The nose shows delicate and elegant aromas of peach blossom and white currant. The gustatory texture highlights a perfect balance between freshness and flavor. It goes perfectly with cold cuts and freshwater fish dishes. This rosé is obtained from a combination of two black grape varieties typical of Marche, namely Lacrima di Morro d’Alba and Sangiovese, the percentages of which vary depending on the vintage. While Sangiovese keeps its acidity high, the grape Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, which is particularly aromatic, brings to the wine an explosion of fruit and flowers both to the nose and in the mouth, for a truly pleasant and unexpected final result.
