The well-known Canadian Tom Hyland is a professional wine writer for “Forbes”, “Decanter” and “wine-searcher.com” and is the author of two books on Italian wines (“Beyond Barolo and Brunello”, “The Wines and Foods of Piemonte”) and one book on Champagne (“The essence of Champagne”).
Hyland is an expert of the Italian enological excellence.
