Master Fish: Our Misco Made It To The Finals!

Five Knockout competitions for the Master Fish cooking competition, aimed at promoting the food and local wines excellence. Each chef should prepare and cook a fish dish, served with a local wine. Our  “Misco” Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore could not be missing!

The semi-final of the competition took place at the restaurant Gibas in Pesaro on November 30: two chefs prepared one a first course and the other a second course, the last was served with our Misco!

The gastronomer and sommelier Otello Renzi described our Misco with four powerful and simple words:

“elegant, powerful with a unique minerality and freshness”

Our Misco was served with a turbot pie with violet potatoes cream, a winning combination appreciated by all the guests. So, we made it to the finals!

We are pleased to announce you that we competed in the finals on December 14 at the restaurant arena of Spazio Conad in Pesaro. The final will be broadcast on Tuesday, 21 December.

The initiative was organised in collaboration with Rossini TV, Conferscenti, Camera di Commercio Marche, Spazio Conad, Istituto Alberghiero Santa Marta e Banca di Pesaro, and broadcasted on Rossini TV.
